Therefore, it is expected that the change will follow the same direction as in the last reform in 2022 and will allow the State to expropriate properties and land in areas where water eats up soil. A controversial action for individuals, businessmen and municipalities in which the court did not enter.
The climate hoax is a useful tool used to implement the great reset. Owning property in Spain at this point is, in my opinion, irresponsible.
And to anyone who responds with, “Oh, but I don’t own beachfront real estate,” you are completely missing the point. You really think they’re going to stop there? Good luck to you if you do."

All the government needs to do is keep raising property taxes on coastal property until the non-elites can't afford it anymore. That way the people pay for their own eviction. Then when only the "right" people own the land start offering massive tax breaks for such things as "coastal property maintenance" for elites that can hire grounds keepers and such, just like the old royalty used to do.| Mark as read | Best of... | Permalink
